  • Do you drink a lot of soda? I know cutting that out will help with a few pounds. Not much buts its a start
  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • Try downloading these two free apps:
    My Fitness Pal -- http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
    Cardio Trainer -- http://www.appbrain.com/app/cardiotrainer/com.wsl.CardioTrainer

They both helped me a lot when I decided I no longer wanted to pay for Weight Watchers but still needed motivation, tracking and information. They're both fantastic. Good luck! :)
  • Dinking green tea helps lise weight and its also super super healthy for u. Even suppose to help w fertility. Good luck!
  • Are you against taking something to help (I know you're ttc)? I need to stay on the fluffier side because I'm a plus size model. But (not surprisingly) they don't want me actually plus size, if that makes since. So I know of stuff that helps you loose weight. I don't actually "diet" but I don't drink/eat anything with artificial sweeteners because they make you hold onto weight. Always drink half your body weight in ounces of water everyday (I weigh 170 so I need 85 oz of water). And don't deprive yourself, not only is it unhealthy, its more likey to backfire on you then eating a small portion off what you want would.
  • I ended losing weight just cutting out liquid calories, pop juice beer wine anything like that made me drop like 20 pounds! I'm considered a pretty thirsty girl though so it helped me alot tio cut it out completely! ( I'm that person atthe resturaunt that needs at least 6 refills with soda lol)
  • Sparklepeople.com is a wonderful free weight loss site. They even have a site for moms called fitbaby.com.
  • I'm 17 wks pregnant still healthily losing weight by cutting out soda and sugary drinks and eating every 2-3 hrs small meals/snacks lots of fruits and veggies.
  • I was on weight watcher b4 I found out I was pregly again. I had lost 11lbs in 4 wks. I know it sounds slow but it slowly teaches ur body how to eat more healthy. It does cost something for the 1st time going but u can get everything u need to do it on ur own. It will cost $32 for the 1st wk & $30 extra for everything else u will need but u could get by with just $15 instead of $30 if u never go out to eat. I think it is more of a long lasting change & when u get preg it is ok to keep eating just the way u did on the dietm
  • Thanks ladies!!! I did ww a few yrs ago & lost 50lbs but its too expensive! I don't like soda, I only drink water and occasional unsweet tea.
  • I have a friend who did low carb and lost major weight ..like major!! She did 20 carbs a day...which is soooo hard..well to me. But she got a diet plan i think frm her gyno...i wish i knew what she ate ..i would tell u. But im sure u can look online for recipes and ideas ..
  • WW online is only $17 a month. And you know it works already. I did WW Without going to meetings . You should try it again since you know how it works do it on you own.
  • you can do your own weight watchers without having to pay! Do you stil have your points counter card? I helped my hubby do it we borrowed a points finder from someone and kept track if everything. Biggest thing was WATER WATER WATER! also try crystal light to add some flavor, next was almost every snack was.a fruit or veggy, and compare foods and find the highest fiber. Try different healthy cereals too! Fiber one, raisin bran...etc he also learned to looove eggwhites with veggies on wheat toast
  • I used the app myfitnesspal to keep track of my daily intake. That alone helped me loose 25 lbs. Then I did a program with whole9life.com it a little extreme...I only did it two weeks. But they had success stories about improving fertility, so I tried it. I got pregnant within a month! Might be coincidence...
  • Really easy yummy diet by Dr Ian worked for me and all my friends...I ended up pregnant...LOL this diet plus 30-60 mins exercise monday-friday
50millionpoundchallenge.com if it no longer shows up let me know ill email it to u
  • Is that all safe to do while pregnant??
  • She isn't pregnant she's ttc.... when your are pregnant you shouldn't increase your exercise drastically. Doing the same as b4 is okay but sudden increase in time or intensity causes stress to baby. I am a personal trainer . I would recommended investing in an inexpensive heart rate monitor. ( e bay Amazon) polar is best. Where it all day and night for a few days to find out how many calories you burn at rest. Lets say you where it for 3 days. Add up that number and divide by 3 This can be your base caloric intake. Try not to take on more than those calories per day. Just keep a running total all day. If u cannot figure out the calories in something don't eat it. Most foods you can search on sparks people or fitday. Both good websites. In addition to counting your calories. Where your heart rate monitor and start exercising. 4-5 days a week. Try to burn 3500 calories from exercise people week. That is 1 lb of fat. There is no quick fix diet and it should cone off slowly. That is the safest and most permanent way to lose weight. Also When you get pregnant you can use the heart rate monitor to make sure your heart rate doesn't get too high. Sorry this is so long I Just wanted to be thorough! Any other questions just ask! This is what I do all day everyday! Good luck and baby dust @praying _4_twins!
  • I do this for a living..how committed are you to healthy weight loss? I'd be more than happy to write up a food plan for you
  • Another thought, try keeping a food diary of evrything you eat and drink during the day it makes you stop and think before you eat something bad! And makes you want to add those fruits and veggies instead of potatoe chips! Something about seeing it written down really helps!
  • @all Thank you so much for the support ladies!!!!!!
@314babymamma1120 Thanks for the great advice! & thank you for your thoroughness :)
@CeliaAgnus I am sooooo committed!!!!! I know I can do it, especially for me, my health, my family & most of all my drive....to carry my healthy baby in my healthy womb inside my healthy body.

  • and I don't smoke, don't do ANY drugs, & I very rarely drink ;)
