  • Never heard that before. I drove til the end last time and will this time too
  • I would say you could drive until you can't fit behind the wheel.

  • I don't think this is true, I drove while I was having contractions with my second because I wanted a darn cherry coke.....
  • I drove all through both mine. I've never heard of that. I've heard to not drive when your in labor but that's it.
  • I guess thats a buffalo ny doctor advise then lol idk
  • Never heard that be for I drove until I gave birth.. plan to do the same with this one and im 24 weeks :)
  • Never heard that I'm 36 weeks and I drive everyday.
  • I took my test when I was 8 months pregnant (getting braxton hicks right the way through still have no idea how I managed to pass), u can drive right through pregnancy just as long as u feel comfortable doing so :)
  • Im 31 weeks n still drive i don't have a choice i gotta go to work and dr appointments what r we ladies supposed to do? Fly? Haha yeah right id never get my butt in the air. Ill be working up until i go into labor and ill most likely have to drive myself to the hospital when that happens. I think if your getting dizzy u should drink plenty more water and if u start to feel it while driving pull off the road immediately and safely until u feel ok. I get dizzy spells a lot but i haven't gotten one while driving. Be safe hun.
  • Thanks girls and at babyboyontheway thats what I did I got so scared I stopped at the store and got water...im in the same situation to that im still workin full time and drive to work and my appts...gud luck to all
  • I had an aunt who's dr wouldn't let her drive but she was having complications I believe and even still she didn't have to stop until 8 months. But if your getting dizzy while driving maybe you shouldn't be, don't want to pass out while driving and get hurt.
  • Hmm that's news to me :) I am 38wks and still drive a manual to work everyday. I would say somethin to doc about getting dizzy though. Are you short of breathe or is it something random?
  • I drive with my last 2 until I delivered them!
  • At pregogiggles yea it was random...i think its because I got up fast to get my mom from work and didnt snack on anythin
  • I'm freaking out now!! I was a sahm with only 1 car when I had other kids. I'm realising this is my first pregnancy where I'll be driving up to term. Wth do I do if I can't drive!!
  • @Kat
Did u have any food/water in your tummy when you got dizzy?? Maybe it was low blood sugar.
  • No I didnt I think thats y it happend

I have short legs and a long torso... I think I won't fit behind the wheel without moving the seat back and then I won't be able to reach the pedals... O_o didn't think of that till now... That might be my burst into tears moment...
  • Ive neva heard dat b4. I jus turnd 8mnths an I still drve even though im supposd 2 b on bedrest :)
