Is anybody feeling very emotional?

Today is one of those days that I am feeling so down with horrible thoughts of the past. Did anybody just wake up sad for no reason?

I didnt wake up sad...sometimes I do.. But today it was one tiny comment that made me depressed and cry. Im feelin a little better now though. Hope u feel better soon.
