Its way to nice out ,I have to fire up the girll I'm making, Baby Back Ribs, Chicken, Hot dogs and HamBurgers, Bake Beans, Mac an Cheese, Pasta Salad, And Corn on the grill!! Yummy!
Yep the weather sure is lovely. I'm having some jellof rice with bbq'd chicken, some coleslaw and a little salad in the garden with the family. The weather is too nice to be indoors. Lol
We went to his family's house to decorate eggs and eat dinner. They save the egg shells for a few weeks and then paint them, fill them with confetti, and glue a piece of tissue paper on top to seal it. Then they smash the eggs on each other's heads on Easter. Guatemalan tradition. So we had to paint, fill, and seal the eggs today.
Then we had home made chicken toquitos and salsa with pork rinds on crispy tortillas, chicken in a red sauce, and spicy pork with cheese and sour cream. And of course rice.
I just finished cooking baked pork chops with gravy sweet corn on the cob & spinach with honey rolls & for desert strawberry cheesecake with ice cream & a chocolate covered strawberry! Lol #fatmommy
@black_butterfly thanks! I came home from work, cleaned, washed dished, took out the trash & then cooked dinner! I still live with my parents but i thought i was suppose to b the lazy one! HAHA ohwell i wish i could mail u a plate! Now its nap time
@yummymummy1- I haven't had jellof rice in so long...are you ghanaian? I can't wait to have some jellof this summer when my husband's auntie from ghana comes to stay with us. That and red red or fried plantains!!!
