I dont think u can have a mc without blood. I had one in feb nd there was plenty. Was just like a really heavy period, nd i was only 5weeks. So im not sure. I know that the baby can stop developing and it can take u to a few weeks after that your body starts passing it. I think eventually blood will come.

  • I miscarried and I had no bleeding, nothing... my body still acted like I was pregnant. My doctors said she was never going to pass and had to have an emergency D&C because she was killing me.
  • It's possible, I have Miscarried at ten weeks and I had no bleeding or cramping. I didn't know till I saw the ultrasound.
  • Yes it is possible. Its called a missed miscarriage.
  • Yes it is possible! This happened to me two weeks ago. I went in for a 12 weeks appointment and they didnt find a heartbeat. The baby passed at 9 weeks 5 days. I didnt have any bleeding, cramping or any signs of a miscarriage whatsoever.
