checking cervix sry if tmi

I know that when ur ttc you can check tour cervix and that can give u hints on when u ovulate and things like that. I have never checked my cervix myself.....can you tell me what I should be "looking " for? Can u tell if your pregnant this way too? Thanks ;)

    I dont remember i read that somewhere when i get home i will let u know. I need to read for myself anyway. I am 1week late still BFN but i use to be able to feel my cervix its so far now now i cant touch it

    Isn't there a way to see how dialated you are? My cousin used to post on facebook when she was pregnant like how dialated she was every hour and I was like How do you know? And she said her husband checks for her. That is waay too much tmi to post on fb lol but I was just like thinking "how the hell does he know?"

    I am 11 days late and still no bfp.....that's why I was asking. I wonder if you can feel or not feel something to tell if your pregnant or not. I am not one to constantly check mine so Idk what its supposed to feel like like. Waiting on the test results tomorrow. Hopefully will have more answers tomorrow. My dr did say that it was still early for it to show a bfp on hpt for me (this was friday)

    @mommyof2angels Did you ask your dr for a blood test? I haven't had one yet....depending on what the dr says tomorrow im going to see if I can't get one.

    @momof2andwantinga3rd 11 days late on your period is considered too early to get a BFP according to your doctor? I've never heard that so I was just curious. Most women I know are only 1-7 days late when they find out, I've been 3 days late each time with my hpt and doctors tests so I was just curious hun :)

    If u put ur finger in there and the mucus or whatever is stretchy. Ur ovaulating

    I agree completely with @isaiahnjocelynsmommy

    Now on how to tell if you are fertile period or not, id go by cervical mucus not position. Mucus that is really wet and watery is close to fertile but mucus that is thick and can stretch 1 inch in between your fingers and clear (kind of like snotty discharge) is extremely fertile! :)

    @mommyof2andwantinga3rd ...my cycle has been around 32-33 days now That I'm watching to although my app says I'm a week late its more like 4 days... have u been tracking? Sad thing is I know af is coming BC I have no pregnancy symptoms. Yuck! :( but... hopefully she's coming soon so I can get back to baby making! Frustrating! Good luck!!
