37 weeks and dialated to 1! How do I go into labor!!

I really wanna have this baby she is big for hoe far along I am I have gestational diabetes and on insulin! Im 37 weeks an dialated to 1 I have been walking and havin sex nothing working please help :)

    Soo exciting for you (: umm.. try walking a lot and get a big bouncy ball to just sit and bounce on while you're watching tv.. maybe eat something different than usual to get her going. These are just things I've read for fun.. you could try them! Maybe even renting a relaxing yoga tape will help lol who knows!!

    I was just there last week but nothing worked:( she decided to go breech so I'm having her tomorrow. Your Dr may induce or do a csection on you very soon. Talk to your dr

    Sounds stupid but my friend was just the same n drank a shot of caster oil with a chase of orange juice went into labor quick fast and in a hurry
