when did everyone have their first ultrasound?

I'm 8 weeks today due dec 5th and all my doc did was a bloodtest when its obvious I'm pregnant and I don't. Have another apt for a month I'm gettin impatient I at least wanna hear the heartbeat and check on my liddo munchkin I had to go to the e.r the other day cuz I was vomiting and couldn't eat anything at all and was having stomach pains but still nobody has checked on the liddo one what do I do?? Everyone I talked to said their first u\s was at 6 weeks?

6 wks but I begged them to do it due to a previous mc. They usually wont do one until 8 wks or sometimes 12 wks

Im on medicaid and the first appointmenf I could get was a month away from when I first found out. I was soooo impatient.

I mean a month away from when they approved me for medicaid so I pretty much had to wait 2 months ugh

I've had the same insurance for years so I got my apt right away but the ob litterally did nothing and she didn't even say anything bout u\s next month she just said they were gonna do a physical and breast exam but hopefully I get the u\s I had a mc last year in april so I'm kinda worried

They did the physical, breast exam, pap smear all at my first appointment. Along with ultrasound and bloodwork.

7 w was the first because i had 2mcs prior and i needed to z a heartbeat since i didnt with the other two....then 13 w then 18 wks....

I got my first us at 5 weeks ands 5 days nothing more then just the sack. But ill get another one next month.

It depends. If the clinic u go to has ultrasound machines there u might get an early u/s. But if they don't, then they wont give u one unless it's necessary. U'll jus get ur regular scheduled u/s later. My clinic doesn't have u/s but since everything has been ok since day1 (no bleeding, good blood levels, good baby heartbeat) I'm jus getting my very 1st one @ 19 wks.
