Got told at 12 week that they thought it was boy,but midwife thinks girl,as heartbeat is 157 and they say 140 n under a boy, or over 140 a girl plz help???

    Welll you cannot go by heartbeat.....but yah at 12 weeks they say gender isn't fully developed, so could be girl.

    I'm having a boy and his heartbeat ranges from 148-160.

    My sister in law was told a girl, and was naming her Isabella. Turned out he was a boy, and she only found out cause she was rear ended and had to get checked in ER

    my baby boys heartrate has been 160-170 every time they check. at my 20w u/s it was 167 but gender scan showed boy and now at 29w had a 4d and still a boy so heartrate is an old wives tale but a lot of times it is accurate.

    My girls heartbeat has been anywhere from 132-187bpm lol so its definitely not true in my case :)

    My son was suppose to be a girl. Had everything bought and twa-la... it's a boy!

    I had an ultra sound at around 15 or 16 weeks they said it was probobly a boy. and then I had my 21 week one and its a firl. Even had it confirmed.

    Yep... at 14 weeks it was a boy, 16 weeks it was a boy, and at 20 weels... I guess his penis fell off cause the last 3 ultrasound show a girl.

    I'm tired of running back and forward to BABYS R US to exchange stuff.

    If it turns out to be a boy, he's wearing this damn pink dress home with these lacey ass socks. SMH

    Omg now I'm terrified. I went at around 17 weeks and they said 99.9% boy,I go tomorrow for my 20 week and my husband would be devastated if he turned out to be a she.(this is his last shot at a boy)

    @sdubois ... yep My honey, me and my son were pissed. This is my honeys 1st child and I have 2 girls and 1 boy and I was looking forward to another easy going son vs a lil drama queen daughter.

    But hey as long as my babys healthy...

    My son is 9 and he cried for an hour and my honey didn't speak to me for a few hours but I had to let him know.. hey the sex is on you buddy, be mad st yourself... I don't control it.

    Now... I'm 30 weeks and weve had 10 good weeks to embrace this lil diva and we're excited about having a princess now.

    Plus... girl clothes are so much cuter and I'm enjoying doing her nursery in all this over the top pink and lacey and sparkly blings.
