If u have medicaid the doc will say NOOO because of the health law obama passed recomendn only 1 sono per patient whn patient is at the accurate state to determin sex of child or if a emergancy sono is nedded but how far are u?
@rockinmoma I had one but the thing is it was like an emergancy one and the dad couldn't be there and I have an appointment wensday and he's gonna be there and I really want him to see his baby and hear its heart beat and he does to.
@mommy2be92 have u had one yet? And are u on medicaid? U could complain of abdomin pain or if u go to the er they are required to give u a sono past 12wks...
I'm on Medicaid in Missouri. They cover three for you. Like For the search of a heart beat, and sex determination.. sometimes it takes more than once to find out. They also cover for emergency or high risk if the doctor requests it.
@mommy2be92 I have the same insurance. Do you know if you have a deductable for the maternity care? I had my own bcbs but I lost it when I lost my job, I had a $1000 deductible w that. I'm on my husband's now. Idk if I still have one...hmmm
I hve medicaid and so far I've had 4 sonos, I'm 21 wks tdy. Never heard of a limit with medicaid. Ask your dr. U prob won't get it the same day but shell at least schedule u one
