I love the gummies. They are good for sensitive tummies and digest faster abd easier. But mine dont have iron so I g Have to buy an iron supplement to take with them. Ask your ob, he can probably give you different samples so you can c which you like best.
When I first found out I was pregnant, before going to the doctor I used One a Day prenatals and it came with a DHA pill as well. My doctor said that was one of the best OTC'S out there.
