am i just extremely lucky? lol

edited May 2011 in Pregnant
So I've been reading posts about pregnancy horrors lol. Like the things people didn't tell you about pegnancy, and I feel like I'm the odd ball out. When I first found out I was prego at 2 n a half months, the only symptom I had was a little bit of tiredness but I was also working a 40+ hr job. But other than that nothing! I felt absolutly fine. And still to this day, 22+2weeks, I feel great! No constant bathroom breaks, I literally go like 5 times a day lol, no probs pooing, no hip pains, no back pains, no pobs sleeping, no leaking, no stretchmarks, no nothing! Am I just extremely lucky? Anyone else feeling the same way?

  • Lol ya I still feel fine. I get a lot of weird looks in public when I tell them I'm 5n a half months preg. Ppl just don't believe me not only am I not showing but I'm full of energy
  • I had that for my first no problems or symptoms .and second had occasional heartburn.
This third? LOL I STILL can't breathe thru my nose, my boobs were sore the entire first trimest as was feeling sick if I didn't eat every 2 hours..I have constipation/loose poo ona vicious merry go round, peeing and leaking(0pee)

    So yes you're lucky.....this time ;)
  • I was like that with my previous pregnancies,I had myself convinced that people must just exaggerate how bad symptoms were. Boy did I get a reality check this time around! I was so sick until around 18 weeks I thought I would die lol. And still now at 21 weeks I still get sick every once in a while and have to be very careful what I eat!! So yes lucky you are! :))
  • Ya that's how I feel. My best friend has a 15month old and I was freaked out like screw having kids lol. Everyone had me so worried. Well this baby was a surprise and I was fearing the worse but tada nothing. And this will b my only baby so I'm glad its going good
  • Good for you,it really does help you enjoy how great being pregnant is.

Me too. This is my first baby(24 weeks 3 days) with practically no symptoms. I do have to go to the bathroom a lot but that's it. No morning sickness, cravings, aversion to smells, heartburn, constipation, strectch marks (so far), etc. I really don't feel pregnant except that my belly is growing.
  • @jazzi89 im the same i bairly knew i was pregnant from how my body was acting specaly sence evryone is always of just wait til u get morning sickness and i didnt get any hell im 32 weeks and the only reason i kno i prego is i finaly have a bump took long enough. Lol we are the lucky ones
  • Lol ya the only reason I kno I'm preg is from ultrasounds and movement. Otherwise id still feel exactly the same. Ppl are like what, ur pregnant? Just because I do my everyday things. I still work. I still fish n camp n fourwheel n everything. I'm just so glad this is as good as it gets compared to what I've heard lol
  • I was the same until I got to about 30 weeks. I loved how easy it was but then the pelvic pain and sciatica kicked in and now all I do is moan to people lol. I say make the most of it although you may be lucky and breeze through the whole 9 months.
  • I was the exact same way. Everything was a breeze and super easy and then I hit 30wks... and bam! Pelvic pain, acid reflux, sleepless nights, feet in my rib cage, and not to mention now a 3lb baby likes to bounce on my bladder lol. So don't count your eggs before they hatch, the final stretch is not fun!
  • Ya I'm hopin I stay lucky.the dr said I'm gonna stay super small. Right now I still have a flat belly at 22 weeks. He doesn't think ill be very round at all. Yay
  • I only had a few.I only had a week of real ms.I get leg pains occasional nausea but other than that.I feel fine.
