  • I know it sounded like a stupid question but I asked my before if we could go bowling and he gave me a look like are you stupid the said is that really safe. I guess cause the balls are heavy.

  • I did it at 12 weeks and had no problems. Just dont strain yourself and use the lightest ball (thats what I did anyways). I dont think it was a stupid questions... Hell pregos are dont not to do a lot of things you are just being safe. Have fun and kick some butt!! :-D
  • Plus using the light ball you might even get a better score
  • According to the medical board association bowling is okay if it is something you used to do however your joints & ligaments are not what they were before so recommendation is to take it easy& use a lighter ball. One warning though if you have had any complications, been on bed rest or considered high risk bowling is off limits like water parks & carnival rides until you speak with your doctor. Hope this helped
  • Thanks guys you actually helped this is my first pregnancy so I'm completely clueless about all of it.
  • As long as your careful and make sure your not using extremely heavy ball or falling its ok. I went the week before I delivered my daughter and it was a nice way to try to keep mind off of contractions andpressure and a nice break from walking laps around walmart and mall lol:). And at end it might help the walking unmoving around could help labor along.
