  Class b meds are safe? I'm looking for a safe comparison ... Is it comparable to chocolate cake? Meaning you probably shouldn't have it everyday, but it's ok if you need it now and then?

    Lol on the chocolate I am on my second pregnancy & with both I crave the chocolate but i can't eat it, white chocolate was my substitution in my first pregnancy
