Use liquid pepto bismul on it. I dunno why but it gets rid of them fast.

Get abreeva or the blistex in the blue tub. They are miracle workers for me. My doc gave me a prescription for mine but it made me terribly sick

Carmex! Use it religiously! It drys mine up in a matter of days & its wayy cheaper than abreva.

I dnt think it something you really have to tell your doc. They are common during pregnancy due to our changing hormones.
