So. They finally stabilized babys heartbeat by reaching in and manually turning her so she was face down instead of face up which hurt but definitely worth it of course. I was finally ten cm but because of the babys stress and heartbeat they turned off my drugs that gave me contractions meaning that my own contractions weren't enough to push with. SO I had to wait until they built up the drugs again to make me contract and then got the glorious pushing started. Unfortunately, contractions still weren't very strong so it took me two and a half hours to finally push my little girl out.
McKinnley Rose, 7lbs 1 oz & 19.5 inches long finally arrived at 12:25 pm mountain time on June 15, 2011.
She's incredible. She's actually able to hold up her head on her own, and has been awake looking at everything for the whole time she's been in this world. Plus she breastfed for a half hour straight with me already.
I'm now unable to pee for whatever reason, and I'm bleeding rather heavily, but its worth it for my baby girl.

I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! love her name and love your attitude, i knew it would all be worth it in the end. and now your hip can heal, you'll be back on your feet walking to the park before you know it. Wishing you a speedy recover and a beautiful journey into motherhood.
