  • Saying that it is asian is funny to me. The only person I know with a daughter the name of kenley is an asian. But they spell it Kenleigh. But anyways I disagree and do not think that name is asian sounding at all . I think its very pretty
  • It doesn't sound asian at all but I like Kinley or Kynlee better. Sounds more girly than Kenley. To me anyways.....good luck :)
  • My cousin named her daughter Kinleigh and they're about as far from Asian as possible! More like southern rednecks! :o)
  • I really like it!

  • @emmalee7 that's where we got the idea :) my husband just wanted to keep the K letter since wr have a daughter named Kayla. So we switched the T to a K ;)
  • @lastone_number3 lol I actually thought it was pretty white too... almost to much for our Hispanic last name. Lol I'm white but daddy is Hispanic....I'm definitely not for the really Mexican names and neither is hubby.
  • Thanks everyone! :D glad so many of y'all like it, makes me feel better. I was really starting to stress about it. I'm starting to think maybe that's why she did it in the first place :/ she knows how little things upset me.

  • I think its cute! I get weird looks for naming my daughter Marlie.. But whatev! I love it! And so does hubby. Lol
  • that doesnt sound asian at all! your family member is psycho! you name your baby what you want and dont let others influence you! it took me forever to name my son because no one like any names i picked! someone always didnt like it! and it made me second guess too but finally i put my foot down and named him vann because i liked it and i could honestly care less what others like, its a decision made between you and your man! not the whole world! and i think the name you picked is beautiful! go with your first instinct because more than likely if you choose something else you will see that baby and go no way she looks like a Kenley! because its something that you like! thats what happened to me!
  • Lol no not at all its super cute I like it a lot I wanted to name my daughter kessley Ann but I was the only one that liked it :( i still love the name we chose though. Just makes me sad that ill never get my kessley Ann lol we want three or four kids but my fiance said no way in h-e-double rocky sticks that he is letting me use that name :'(
  • @baby2dec14yayy thanks! My husband tells the samething...not to worry about other people's opinion on the name. I like the name Vann! My cousin married a guy named Van when I was little ;) its very different, u don't hear it at all.
