Its completely normal and wont cause you or baby any problems. All it means is that your placenta lies between your belly button and baby instead of between baby and your spine. The only issues that may arise is that if your baby is breech the doctor wont be able to turn baby and if you get a csection they have to make the incision differently .
I have an anterior placenta as well and it by no means puts you at a greater risk to get a c section. The chances are the same as a woman with a normally placed placenta. So no worries hun im terrified to get a c section too!
