    If its not super bad i drink a nice cold glass of milk and that helps most of the time where i wont need zantac! And stay away from citrus drinks.

    @rockinmomma yea I jst ran out...my walmart is closed....and @life I guess milk will have to do..I hope it works bc this is uncomfortable

    I also heard apples help, you could try that :) acid reflux is the worst!!

    I am in the same boat i need something and tums arent working! So Zantac works?? I am going to get some tomorrow for during the day. Before I go to sleep at night i drink a half a cup of whole milk to coat my stomach and that allows me to go to sleep... laying on my right side.

    Idk if its the same thing.. i can drink something and the next second itll come up. Same with food.. it just started. i dont burp. I could just open my mouth to talk.. its really embarrassing
