Scared of miscarriage...being a mom...money....labor and delivery...being 7 months prego on my wedding day...how the recently diagnosed thyroid issues will affect pregnancy...what everyone is going to think...just scared of change in general? • Motherhood is great, you'll be scared, its only natural!!! But you'll be fine!!! I'm I think I'm pregnant with my 5th!!!
  • I felt the same way nw im 30w only got 10w left it flys by. congrats on yur news :-)
  • I think its pretty normal to feel the What ifs flood in when you find out. I did the same and was wanting to be pregnant so badly before hand, then after the test I was driving myself crazy with thoughts about how I would manage and what if I miscarried again. Just remind yourself that you have been waiting for this and to make the most of it. You'll be fine.
  • I have thyroid issues just make sure u take ur medicine everyda. U be fine
  • Thanks so much everyone...I seem to feel a Lil better each day.although there are still moments that get to me. First dr appt tomorrow so maybe I will feel better after that too. Good luck to everyone!n
  • Is your thyroid over or under active? I have an under active thyroid & the medicine I take makes me extremely tired so I take it before bed & now I don't feel as drained. This is my 3rd pregnancy & I still had the same thoughts when I saw the positive result. Good luck with everything.
  • Mine is underactive as well. Im also concerned that a website I went to said that pregnant women on levothyroxin should up their dose when pregnancy is confirmed but I'm afraid to do that without talking to Dr as I was just diagnosed and put on this dosage as a trial run...it may b adjusted....ugh....Dr appt tomorrow morning....yay
  • I'm on the same medication & I take 25mg. I'm in the process of switching drs cuz the one I have now doesn't know anything about thyroid problems. I hope you get some answers tmrw.
