ultrasounds?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I have had a completely normal pregnancy so far. My last ultrasound was the gender one at 20 weeks. So my questions is...will I get another ultrasound before my baby is born and if so at about how many weeks???!

    Idk but ill get my last one next Friday.I'm 32w. Some doc don't have anymore after 20w so I hear.

    Usually you get another around 36 to check position and weight but every dr is different

    Damn....I hope my doctor isn't an ass and she gives me another ultrasound...I have an appointment Monday so i guess I will ask her then! Thanks ladies

    Haha same here!! I asked my bf last night if we were gonna get a 3d one done n its just not worth the $150 :/ I'm gonna have to ask my Dr at my next appt if I'm gonna get another one

    i have such a bad memory lol but i have two kids and one more on the way.. but i was looking at my old ultrasounds today and noticed my daughter had one more set then my son.. 3 months before my duedate. i have no idea why because both were normal pregnancies.. i don't know why my son didn't have one later his last one was the one around 20 weeks

    I've beeb thinkn tha same i'm 34 weeks, I only had one wen I was 20weeks, I jus wana kno if I'm having a grl forsure cus ppl already been buyin us grl stuff. I hope my doc gives me one b4 tha baby is born.

    With my son, I only had one at 8 weeks and one at 18 weeks.

    I asked my midwife too. I haven't had one since 23 wks when they confirmed gender but at my last appt, I was 36+5 measuring 39 so I'll get one this Wednesday if she isn't born yet. I'm 37 wks today

    @HomeBirthAdvocate I really really hope my doctor is "ultrasound happy" (I just recently switched doctors so idk how she is).

    I go to kaiser n they said no more for me at my last appt n I was 24w

    Really. @2ndbutfirst in GA you can get how ever many you need.that sucks.

    Sometimes the number of ultrasounds u.get has nothing to do with the doc. It's generally what your insurance company allows. My insurance only covers one u/s unless later ones are medically necessary!
