membrane sweep

Has any had a membrane sweep and it was sucessful. I had it done yesterday doc says if anything happens will do so in nxt 72 hours having pains and pressure but don't know if anything is happening 39 and a day 2 cm 70% thinned. Fingers crossed btw any suggestions on what I can do already tried cummin tea cinnamin tea(sp) walking spicy foods. Hell even pineapples

    I'm almost 34 weeks and my midwife told me about a study that shows women who have intercourse at least twice a week are most likely to deliver on time. So maybe try sex

    Sex does help.. people say hardcore, but its not having hardcore sex that helps, its the steady rubbing against your cervix that helps it thin & helps you dilate.. my dr told me (:
