what week am I really in

It says week 10, this is the 11th week. So, do I read about what is happening in the 10th week or the 11th?

10th, its really weird. I just tell people I'm 18 wks and 3 days. Makes it easier.

@babyno1... web md has a good prego calendar which helps you understand that part a little better... it does get confusing.
