This is my fourth pregnancy, I have two children. I am definitely done after this one! I am going to do that Essure. My doc gave me three options and this one seems the least evasive.
@Abby5 I feel you on that one! My daughter is a lot to handle at almost 4 years old and I'm wondering how I'll do it with too. I'm done after this so I can get back to my career, I miss work so much!
Its a newer procedure that can bfe done in the doctors office. Its non surgical...its pretty much like clamps that are put on the fallopian tubes. Yoy can get it done six to eight weeks after baby is born. Then yoy will have to follow up three months later to have ultrasound or xray to make sure scar tissue has formed on the clamps.
Yikes. I think I'll just have my tubes tied while I'm open since I'll be having a repeat c-section. I'm making my husband get fixed too, just to make sure!
Mamac...my ex got fix and I swore I would never put another man thee that pain...my finace is so happy...they are in pain for weeks and swells up like a canalop that's black and blue...ill get fixed...less pain
All the men I know who've had it done haven't had much pain with it. I'm debating getting my tubes tied. I'm 28 and on my third (hubby's fourth) and I don't want more kids, but getting them tied is just so final. I dunno. I'm having a c-section so I'll probably just have them do it while they're in there.
We'll have to see how it goes. I just don't want to get pregnant again, and tubal ligation isn't 100%. My hubby is willing to get it done since he wants to be done with having kids as well.
My husband is getting done.... Unless my previa does not reslove itself then I have to get a c sec which means they can tie not clamplol tiemy tubes. This is our fourth child and my husbands sixth ;;)
