I have an 8 year old step-son, a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I swear I almost burst into tears as soon as this kid's penis popped up on the screen--I knew even before the tech said that it looked like a boy, it was quite clear. I have to have another u/s in two weeks and I keep thinking that maybe it was a mistake, but I'm quite sure that it wasn't. Are you done after this baby or are you planning on more kids? I live in Berks Co, PA, about an hour from Philly.

I'm sure you'll love them no matter what. My parents were and still are really supportive and by the time your boys are old enough to know their minds, being gay will hopefully be more excepted. Love is love after all and love for children is unconditional x

Thank you! I just saw that you sent me a message, that was so sweet of you! :) I'm not concerned about loving my boys-they are everything to me and I will love them and their partners regardless of sex. And I would be proud for my sons to be like any one of my gay friends. Thankfully, my husband feels the same way. My concern was more that I will be unable to understand what they go through in their search for relationships and even in their day-to-day experiences with other people. I'm a woman and an atheist, but I'm not a member of a true minority that effects my daily life the way that homosexuality does. No matter how open-minded or accepting I am, I can't know what that's like. It scares me that my son would understand that and be unwilling to come to me because of it. Does that make sense? Obviously I over-think everything, lol. :)

I noticed on one of your discussions that you have had a c-section my first one was an emergency but I was wandering about when they usually schedule them. (sorry about the one line under this...stupid touch screens)

Sorry, I just noticd this. :) in my experience they tend to schedule sometime during your 39th week. They don't want you to go into spotaneous labor, but they also don't want to do it too early and risk having your baby's lungs be underdeveloped. They may base it on the size of your baby if it's measuring big. When are you due?

aww, thanks. :) i haven't been able to log in on my phone. i've been in complete withdrawal, so now i'm here on my computer instead. hopefully i can get my phone figured out, i didn't realize how much i've been using this app, lol. i saw your test was negative and you have a blood test on monday? don't get depressed. a lot of the women on here have had negatives up to two or three weeks late, and i read one woman's post who said that she has never had a urine test come back positive. i'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! :)
