@RI25 I'm scared I might end up being induced too, but my friend who got her membranes stripped said it hurt worse than her contractions :-/ I'm nervous to ask my doctor.

@Mpmommy Oh wow, that's super fast! Did it hurt when you got it done & how long did it last?

It was a lot of pressure and it was uncomfortable. It only took a minute or two

So wait you shouldn't get your membranes stripped If you are positive for gbs? Why is that?

Update: slept for 6 hours on and off. Contractions are 6.5-7.5 min apart!

How can you get your membranes stripped if you're not dilated at all? I imagine that would huuuurrrrttt!!!

Im 2cm n 50% effaced as of yesterday n i asked my doc to do mine n he said yes next weds im excited! Ill be 39+1
