I jst found out ma brother has herpes n its already been a year since he got it n he's been goin threw a lot.. da past two gurls he's been wit have jst treated him lik sh** n it broke ma heart to knw he has an std I love him to death I jst dnt knw Wat to do cuz ma brother loves ma lil gurl n he's always wit her bt I Dnt want her Getn am std to I would die if anything happened to her bt I also dnt wana keep her away from ma brother Idk knw Wat to do.. its hard.. n he was taken meds to control it since it can't b cured bt now he n also we dnt have money for all da medicine he needs.. it hurts to much to knw ma bro has an std I wish I could jst fu** up dos two gurls bt doin dat wouldn't help him it wouldn't make it go away.. I cry everytime I thnk bout it n wen I see him to bt I hold It back so he wouldn't c me cry.. Wat should I do?

    Herpes isn't nearly as scary as most make it out to be. The only time your child would be in danger of getting it is if he had cold sores and kissed her or shared a drink for example. If he doesn't have an outbreak than she is in no danger being around him. Its very unfortunate though :( poor guy

    Herpes is NOTHING even close to what most ppl think it is! Your little girl is def not going to get it from him by being around him. The only time he needs to be super cautious is when he has an outbreak. Other than that, its really not that big of a deal at all.

    @MrsG: can he pass it threw saliva. I did research bt I Dnt get it.. n Dats Wat I Dnt want ppl treating ma bro bad cuz of it hes had it for bout a year n barly 3days ago he tld me.. I'm trym to support him help him n b Der wen ever he needs me.. I tld him to be careful wit da baby bt I feel like it hurts him..
