I know it sounds strange but my midwife says milk actually makes it worse in the long run. Take tums(for immediate relief ) and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. It sounds strange, but the apple cider vinegar will work as a really good preventative measure.
Tums are a life saver I carry them with me in my purse and I also drink chocolate milk and it helps me but I will getheart burn so bad out makes me vomit but tums always helps a ton!!!!!! Good luck
@jayden_mommy21 yeah I have had an awful time with " morning sickness." I'm at 30 weeks and it still wont go away, I think it has alot to do with heart burn , but zofran and tums are my best friend
Im with ya!!!! I have had terrible heartburn almost everyday the past month!. Tums don't help me. It hurts so bad n gags me!! Im 36 weeks 3 days n can't wait for it to be over

Pepcid complete is amazing! I get horrible heart burn & lived off tums but my doctor suggested pepcid & one tablet does the trick! They took them off the shelf awhile back & I was freaking out but they just put them back out & I'm stocking up
