Does anyone have any experience with water birth???

Well I'm opting to have a water birth this time & I want to know any information about it & if it truly helps with soothing labor pains because I also am going natural anything will help thanks in advance

Hi, sorry to jump on post but couple questions - I heard water birth can help if you have spd anyone know if that true? Also, that as I am risk of hemorrage as did so with last mc that they may not let me have water birth - friend told me this, is this true? Thanks in advance! X

With the spd it is true with most moms. And for hemorrhage, if you have a good midwife, they are trained in handling it...I'm doing mine at home in my birthing pool

They said because when I had mc before I had unexplained hemorrage after. They could find no reason why and said there risk it could happen again. It was bad and had to have couple blood transfusions so think they just being cautious. That why I wasn't allowed home birth.
