Question about calories
I know we are supposed to have at least 500 more calories while breastfeeding then prepregnancy. My question is what happens when we burn calories? I'm sure most of us postpartum mommies are working to tone up our tummies and/or to get rid of that baby fat.
I'm trying to make sure I'm getting the required calories a day but have also started to work out again. And feel like both are counteracting each other. Such as burning the calories needed for a good milk supply.
