cramps... why?

My upper stomach is cramping (I threw up last night about 10pm and I've been cramping ever since) its in my upper stomach like by my ribs area and it wraps around to my back.
I think I'm just sick but my back is cramping too. Idk what's wrong with me.
I'm 35 weeks I don't think its labor but it doesn't feel like a normal belly ach. Any sugestions ladies?

    Im not sure. Im getting awful cramps in my lower stomach kinda shooting to my vagina. These cramps are so confusing this far along. Im 35+4

    I had all back labor with my first and I lost my plug that day and my water broke so I had no question I was in labor before. This time I could be just sick. It could be early labor. I think I'm crazy. I don't know what's wrong with me.

    My Dr always said cramping in upper abdomen was something she'd want to look into. Can't remember if it's a possible sign of preeclampsia or what but I'd look into getting checked out just in case.
