dreading dr appointment today.. 36+4

I'm afraid he's going to tell me I still haven't progressed since last week :( I'm terrified of going past my dd so I'm really anxious to have something happen.. plus I have warts I need to get frozen off (tmi) :( I hate getting them frozen it always hurts really bad and it's embarassing, and it's really uncomfortable for a few days.. bd is going to be there and I don't want him to watch.. :'(

    Don't stress yourself hun, u still got atleast 3wks left & dats a lot of time for baby 2 come...also think like this, them doctors have seen way more then warts & they are use 2 anything! Stay calm, things are going to be ok, Labor dust!!

    I'm 36+6 and I'm nervous that I haven't progressed since last week either :( I'm in the waiting room now and I'm just scared to go in. I kinda hope she doesn't check me cause I don't want to hear that I don't have a change. I was 1.5cm and 50% effaced last week. How was your appt

    good luck! and don't worry 36+4 is still early...i didn't progress weeks before i gave birth it all happened fast

    @mommyfor3 it was at 1:15 @missq_1sttimemommy2b I didn't even ask him to freeze them off :( I chickened out @jessandjay it was good, he said I'm measuring small so I have to get an ultrasound tomorrow, but I'm 40% effaced :)

    At least something is going on with you, we share the same due date and my cervix is still closed, nothing whatsoever going on... :(

    @ashleyfew he said he wasn't worried about it but he just wanted to make sure so I'm thinking everything should be fine :) still a little worried though

    @jwrnjjp have you been doing anything? I walk on my treadmill everyday and have sex a lot, not trying to induce or anything just for fun :)

    My doc doesnt even check til 38 weeks but I havent lost my mucus plug yet so I know I havent even started dilating & effacing :(

    )o: u still have plenty of time im due 21 fri and I just no im going over.. At least you have time to heal from your proceedure before you go into labor.. my dr doesnt check till im in labor .. So dont feel bad.. Im compleatly clueleas

    @mimii36 I've lost some of mine twice at 18 weeks and 26 weeks I think.. but not since then
    @lae3 I didn't even get it done :( I chickened out and didn't ask him because I was scared of how bad it hurts. He doesn't check you for dialation or for warts?

    @mrz_jackson2anpreggo really? I thought another pregly told me on a post I made that thats what it meant when you lost your mucus plug..so I thought you had to lose it in order for anything to happen. Maybe I misunderstood her.

    @Mimii36 yes its Wat it means but u can dialate an efface wit out losing it I've been at 2 for 2 wks an 50% for a week an I haven't had any mucus at all I look for it every day . I was very shocked wen she sed I was 2 an a week later sed I was 2 an 50%

    Oh ok so you can lose your mucus plug at any point during the dilation/effacement process..not just in the beginning? Thats good to know!

    @pawgio I do walk alot believe me, and clean like crazy inside and outside my house. They keep getting after me for doing things I'm not supposed to but if I don't get them done no one will. My hubby is not here, he works 8 hours away so I barely saw him over the weekend after a month and a half. And that was the only time we had sex, but I guess I will let nature run its course. God knows when....so probably you'll be having your baby first than me.

    @Mimii36 yep ! I got to 3 an 65% wit my last baby before I was induced an nevr lost my plug . Can't wait to go today an c if I've made more progress good luck to u!

    I'm due 11/11 and last wk I was 2 cm & 50% effaced I hope I have progressed more :) I go in tomorrow for growth scan and nst... But some women wont lose mucus plug till they are in labor
