From what I've been told, yes. By the time you are feeling sick you have already passed what you have to baby. And baby won't get as sick cuz he/she will be getting your anti bodies. (Sp)
Yes your baby is getting the antibodies to fight getting sick through your breast milk its the best thing you can do for your baby when your sick.... keep nursing mama and hope you get to feeling better soon...
Take it easy hope you get well soon... Tell hubby to suck it up... He helped produce the kid so I don't care if he has work or whatever his excuse is... when baby mama sick daddy gotta step it up!
im sure u know this but b sure to drink plenty of water...especially while u r running fever...
i was sick w/fever all last week and baby nursed fine until i started feeling better and i realized i hadnt been drinking enough water.....now i have a terrible dehydration headache and baby cant get quite enough to eat with a low milk production....
