Im exclusively breastfeeding and 6 days pp. Im not sure if I have a chest cold or am having trouble from not being able to cough for a few days after c section. I have the worst cough and chest congestion.

What is ok to take? Can I take mucinex?

Look at the active ingredient in mucinex & it will come up. Sorry I forgot to mention that part.
