bf babies and spitting up?! :(

my daughter is 2 weeks old today and used to never spit up but in the last few days spits up a lot sometimes it looks like she spit up everything I just fed her :( she had a dr appt yesterday & doc just said its normal and toburp and hold upright after a feeding. I have been doing this but it doesnt help any advice please!

    could be a number of things in bf babies..overactive letdown, too much foremilk, to much air from popping off alot

    How often do you burp? If there is a bubble in their belly and you keep feeding, the bubble will push up whatever is on top of it when it comes up. Try burping everytime she pulls off or stopping every few minutes... It might help :(

    she seems gassy as well but wont burp everytime she pops off and then it seems she lets go of gas in spurts like all of asudden she will burp fart and burp again out of nowhere. im not sure if im overfeading her but she seems more fussy and wont sleep long.. @bahamamama4828

    normal..does it happen at the same time everyday? mine tends to get gassy and fussy during her witching hour. its really not possible to overfeed a breastfed baby, so that shouldnt be a problem right there. if she is gassy, try eliminating one thing out of your diet like diary, wheat, some veggies, ect once a week and see if that helps with the gas. you can try bicycling legs every once in a while too see if that helps before you nurse her so she doesnt spit up or anything

    try pumping a tiny bit of foremilk before a feeding and see if that helps also

    thank you! @bahamama4828 ill try bicycling her legs.. and no there isnt a certain time but as long as im not overfeading her. her feeding is all off today she is fussy but not really eating a whole lot. lots of snacking & spitting up! I already avoid milk because last time I drank a big glass of milk and ate cereal with milk she pooped a lot ever since I stopped she poops more regular not alittle every half hour. I think she is just gassy I gotta get it out. she usually isnt a fussy baby thats why :(
