Pregnant
Went too long without nursing or pumping last night (I know.. stupid me.) Now I have a clogged duct. Do I need medical attention? What can I do to help it? I'm also not producing too much milk on it, normal?

If possible..nurse your bby with his/her chin pointing towards the clogged duct. This is the ONLY thing that wrked for me.

Nurse on all fours over top of baby. Looks and feels ridiculous but it was the only thing that worked for ME lol
Medical attention is needed if you start running a fever, if the breast is red..
You can also try having a hot shower while massaging the area, in motions towards the nipple.
