Did it work fast? Did your bby have colic or just gas? Gas drops dont work for my baby...does that mean Colic Calm wont? Sorry for all the questions. Im just desperate. @ashleyfew
@Mimii36 im curious about this also..how old is your lo and how does she act when gassy?..last night my son cried hysterically for about 45 mins and nothing worked..feeding,changing diaper etc.. finally my husband rubbed on his belly and he belched and was completely fine..
@litababy she is 5 weeks. & belly rubs dont work for her. The past 3 nights she has been up for 4+ hours crying & screaming hysterically. I believe she has colic
It works in minutes. Also .. we discovered he suddenly hates sleeping in the bassinet. One night I let him sleep on my chest and he passed out for 5 hrs. So now he's sleeping on my chest for now.. but sleeping very well. Good luck. I know how hopeless it can feel
This stuff definitely did nothing for my little one. All it did was stain his bibs and onsies! I use a brand by the name of Woodwards I believe and it literally quiet him IMMEDIATELY. After a dose of this he's happy and smiling then out like a light for the whole night I swear by that bottle.
@alilboulding my lil one spits up 2..even after I burp her. Her spit up looks chuncky..kind of like curddled milk. Is that how your lo was? She is worse at night. I feed her...burp her & she will still spit up sometimes. Then shes hungry again & it seems like a never ending process.
Hm my lo doesn't spit up like that. She could be spitting up from working herself up so much, but there could be a legit digestion problem. The problem with my lo is he cries real hard when he has gas or has to poop. He sometimes cries so much that he just wont eat enough. But for about 2 wks, he cried for no reason from 9-midnight everyday. When he gets to really crying now, we give him the gripe water n he calms down in a few mins.
@alilboulding its so frustrating not knowing exactly what the problem is. Im going to give that gripe water a try. Hopefully it works. Im starting to cut out all dairy also to see if maybe she has a milk allergy. Thanks for your help.
Yea I started logging what i was eating n it didn't seem to make a difference. In addition to cutting out dairy, my doc also suggested cutting out citrusy foods like tomatoes, pasta sauce orange juice etc. Try just dairy first to see if that's the problem. Keep me updated becuz I'm going thru the same thing basically. N ill let you know if the gripe water keeps workin
It sounds like reflux to me. Although I could be wrong. I get mine from a Jamaican shop close by my home. It's a west Indian gripe water with a baby with his feet in the air on the box. I seriously swear by it. U can Google it as well.
@roxy its still healthier than formula hun. Sometimed I will go a whole day without eating ANYTHING! But my lo was already almost 11lbs at her 4 wk appt. The baby takes what she needs more the nutrients you already have in your body. Its YOU that you have to worry about. If you dont eat right then it will effect you much more than your lo. Just take prenatals & u will be fine. Your baby will be ok automatically unless of course you are drinking or doing illegal substances while bfing.
My lo was doing this crying for 5 hours! I took her to the doctor they said to get myilcon, I used everything from gripe water gas drops warm bath putting her feet to her nose even colic clam I tryied everything finally i went and bought the myilcon and Its actually working ni more crying Baby! Its kinda pricy 14$ but it worked for me
