Pumping help

So I went back to work at the end of August and back when my milk first came in I was like a pumping factory. Now that my stash is slowly dwindling I try to pump more to stock up for when I'm at work but barely any comes out. By the end of my work shift I can only pump two ounces total. Try to pump on a non-work day forget about it, I only get drops. Put my baby to the breast though (even after a failed pumping attempt) and hes chugging away. WTH? I have a dual electronic pump. IDK what the issue is..I try several times through out the day and fail miserably but I do not want to introduce formula.

When I wasnt pumping much I was told to pump every two hours for 15 min.even when nothings coming out. It took a day and a half and then I was getting tons, but then you still have to pump at least every 4 hours to keep it.

I can't pump only get half an oz at the most! But if I (sounds strange) milk myself then I can keep going for ages

When your at home try to hand express too

Check the size of the flanges on your pump. I had to get a bigger size to get more out. I have hand expressed before too and that helps too.
