Well, the way you can tell true labor from false labor is if they subside when you become active. If you start walking around and doing things and they stop, its false labor. Good luck hun!
With my experience.. (and that's just me) If you're able to text or type on a board through contractions.. you're most likely not ready to go to the hospital. #justsaying
@jennalynne87 that's kinda what happened to me. Lol. I went in Tue night and was 3cm 70% effaced. And those contractions were pretty painful and 2-4 min. They sent me home on morphine. I was back the next night with excruciating contractions about 1-2 min apart and was 5cm and fully effaced. 2 hours and 15min later my beautiful daughter was here. Epi didn't even have time to take full effect. So i still was in pain. Good luck.
