  @pnsw524. I don't really see a difference between them with sickness or anything like that. I have noticed that when I breastfed my 4 older boys they were all real skinny. Now my 5th one he is formula fed and not by my choice. I have to be on blood thinners so I can't feed him but he is a fat toad and he loves to eat all the time. I have noticed that my 5th child has never had an ear infection but did have a hernia and 2 of my breastfed babies always had ear infections. Good luck
