projectile vomitting?

When should I be worried? My 1st son never did it. I'm a little freaked out :/

He is 2wks 4days old and it has happened twice now. Once tonight & once yesterday. When it happens it's everything he just ate.. is it normal sometimes? Help?

    Wen my baby was that young she threw up sumtimes her whole bottle I jus startd Burping her more an sitn her up for awhile after she ate shes 9 wks an still spits up but not near as bad .

    Have you given him something other then formula or brestmilk? My little one did that when I tried to give her vitamins and the one time I tried fomula when she was that little.

    You Miqht Wanna Take Him 2 The Dr So They Can Do An Ultrasound Of His Stomach. Projectile Vomitinq Can Be Caused By Pyloric Stenous (sp). My Cousin Had It & So Did My Son. We Just Got Out Of The Hospital 3 Days Ago ! This Is No Scare, But Can Happen.
    My Son Was Throwinq Up After Every Feedinq, & It Wouldnt Be Just One But 3 Times After EveryFeedinq. Called His Dr & i Had To Rush Him To The ER, They Gave Him Pedialyte & Said If He Threw That Up, Theyre Gunna Admit Him. Within 30 Minutes, He Threw It Up !!

    @proudmommy8789 @txmommy93011he has only had bm & formula :/ he gets both because my supply is crappy from having to supplement due to jaundice..

    My son was bf at first and he started projectile vomiting so I switched to formula well the same thing. Come to find out he has a milk allergy. Try cutting dairy out your diet and see if that helps.

    My son was projectile vomiting everyday and spitting up. They put him on meds for reflux and if it doesnt improve in two weeks wants him to see a specialist.

    My dd did the same thing once or twice a day for maybe the first 6 weeks then just stopped. She still spits up a bit sometimes but I burp her often when feeding and she seems to be fine
