I definantly need them. Since ive been trying to bottle train..I don't bf during the day..only at night. It has put a big drain on my supply. I still pump during the day for the bottles I give her but I haven't been able to stock any in about a week. And tonight when I got ready to bf her she was on one side for about 5 minutes before she got mad like she does when nothings coming out. I switched her to the other side and the same happened after about 5 minutes. So I know my supply is getting worse. So where do I find them? How much are they? How many do I take?

I found it at GNC but i take blessed thistle with it. I herd they work best together. So i have to get the blessed thistle at Vitamin Shoppe

Good luck Its about 6-7 dollars and i take 4 fenugreek and 3 blessed thistle
Also ive herd you can order domperidone over the internet ive herd its suppose to increase supply by 50% but i havent tryed that yet.

I bought mine at clarks i dont think i spent more than $10-15 for a bottle of them. I was taking it 3 times a day and drinking mothers milk tea. But after a few days my lo was extra fussy i think it upset his tummy so i stopped and he went right back to normal. Maybe it was the fenugreek or maybe a coincidince but i stopped just in case.

@mckenzie23 I heard it can give gas. I hope it doesn't to my lo because I really need it.

i get 5 to 6 a side when i sleep alnight without pumping. through out the day i pump 3 per side so it fills one bottle so i pump a bottle a sitting while at work and i pump 2 to 3 times
