is it just me or
Does almost every teen mom nowadays bottle feed babies? Not bashing it its just I realized that watching teen mom today. I'm 17, and I breast feed. And there is always pumping. And its not like these girls are going to school- they are getting GEDs?
Anyways I hate it because I enjoy breastfeeding. My daughter and I have an amazing bond
Feedback what do you guys think (no negative things please- no one wants to get defensive or hurt- I'm not bashing or want anyone else to) if you are / was a teen mom what did you do, why?, and what did you think of other options?

@mommyof4boys I'm so sorry you didn't have the support Hun. No bashing.
The only reason I posted this is bc I was watching teen mom and most I saw on there COULD do it just cared more about other things that weren't necessary / girls at my school who drop their kids on their parents so they can party and smoke weed.
And to the people who responded sexual or immaturity - my mother in law was like that with all her kids. Unlike ALL THE WOMEN in my family who bfed on baby's demand til they weaned themselves.
I have breast fed 2 out of 3 of my kids. My first was bottle fed..I was 19 then. I wanted to nurse him, I knew some about breastfeeding but I had him at 35 weeks so he had to be in the nicu. I told the nurses I wanted to nurse him or at least pump while he was hospitalized and they told me I couldn't do that!
I didn't know where to find a pump at all and there were no LCs at that hospital and it was an area with low breastfeeding rates 9 years ago.
With my third at 18 I wanted to, then my husband talked me out of it because I think he was weirded out by it & with my fourthbat 20 I didn't care what anyone thought, I really wanted to try for my baby. Unfortunately it didn't work out, but I'm glad I tried.
