    They have the same clothes at Jcp even cheaper. No sales or anthing they just have set lowest prices now.

    I work at an outlet mall and shop Carters all the time and the BOGO sales isn't the best....it is basically just 50% off each item. Usually they have stuff at 60-70% off. I'm holding out till after the sale when the stuff goes back to a higher % off.
