@Janet_2011 yea I kno. I was jus sayin that here u would get terminated. They have signs all over our break room its n the paper work u sign when u get hired too. But I guess its up to the manager. I do kno new hired always get paid more cuz somethin bout the companies have to match minimum wage requirements an cost if livin when it continues to go up. I think its crazy they docked his pay. But I guess its better then bein fired. I would jus quite when I saw my pay check lol but I get angry an emotional about shit like that lol.
@janet_2011 yea that's good. That's the only reason I don't quit cuz all the new hired make more than me an I've been at my job 4yrs an recently got promoted! I hope he finds somethin else tho.
