So after 5 years an 3 kids my hubby jus texs me from work one day an says he wants a divorce he's not happy any more Wat kinda man sends a tex message saying that !! An he doin the divorce wen he get home I don't wanna sign the papers I don't wanna give him Anythang he wants my question is do I have to sign the papers he sed I do that court will make me any advice please ! BTW I live n ky

That's really crappy! I'm so sorry you have to go through that. I'm not sure about the papers. Can't you separate for a while instead of jumping into the divorce?

Yes you van get alimony! And if your lawyer is good, you can keep the truck and make him make the payment! Esp if its the only mode of transportation for the kids! He's totally screwing himself... The courts will not allow you to be hung out to dry bc you're a sahm. You will be provided for.

Get a lawyer honestly... If he's serious and he's gonna push this, you need someone who.knows the laws so you get the most out of it and land on your feet. It'll be hard but youll survive and he will have to deal with the consequences.

Hell no.... The kids need to be provided for no matter what... If he really wants to be this friggin selfish bc he's tired of staying home, fine... But now he's not gonna have much $$ left either. IMO its so totally f'd up of him to pull this... How the piss does he think he just gets to walk away. Nuh uh.
