Mooncup question? A bit tmi

Ok, Ive just got AF and ive inserted my mooncup for 1st time, but i can feel it in there (tmi) . is that normal for the first time? its not uncomfortable but i can definitely feel it. does it need to go farther up?

I have the diva cup...and I can't feel mine when it's inserted. Are you sure it's inserted correctly? Maybe @homebirthadvocate or @bahamamama4828 have used that brand.

nd i did it as per the instructions, i bent it in half so it was like a u shape. i think i had it too low down, ive had it in about 3 hours n its much more comfortable now, i guess its just a trial and error thing...

yh it was that, im soo pleased with it so far, i just emptied it and put it back and its fine now, is there any way to know when it needs changing though? i have quite a heavy flow so im a bit scared of it overflowing! @bahamamama4828

When my flow is super heavy I can actually feel when it's full...lol it's a weird sloshing feeling..lol tmi I know! I also wear a liner on my super heavy days...I am looking into getting the reuseable liners as well.
