Let her go around top less if she is around 4. Mind you its in neighborhood where the houses r close together. Also it not such a great neighborhood. I would be so afraid of sickos snatching her up.

    No..I won't let my 6month old unless we are home. And I rarely ever do it then. I like to keep her clothes on in case we have to exit the house for an emergency.

    Under a year yes if it was super hot we let her, because you really can't tell the gender unless you see the parts. But not over a year unless we are in the privacy of our own house.

    My apt gets REALLY hot in the summer so I'll let Tessa wander around in her diaper only. But only inside. And if she starts taking it off, that will be the end of that lol.

    My daughter is almost 4 and she never keeps clothes on she is always in panties. Plus its hot as hell outside. But only in the house doi let her. But sometimes when I go check the mail or talk to the neighbor her butt be running outside in. Panties lol but she can't sit n play like that

    Eh, at home, I don't see a problem. Playing outside in the backyard, sure, why not? But running amuck in the neighborhood, hell naw.

    I don't see the problem with it, unless there's a bunch of ppl around. I let my son crawl around naked inside the house, and have taken him in the front yard with just a diaper on to play.

    Besides I'm planning on taking my son to the nude beach with me soon. There's always families there with their small children who run around naked. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a European thing. ;)

    I think @moodymommy and @ericak22 make good points. For some its not a big deal because its normal for them to see others like that and others see them due to the cultural differences we have been adapted to. In my personal opinion. I wouldn't allow my lo to go shirtless. She's 7.5months and I sometimes feel weird taking her out in a onsie only.

    Nope..if it gets too hot in the house I usually put just a onsie on her. But she never goes around in just a diaper or shirtless.

    @homebirthadvocate good point! I don't get why people find it shameful to let a baby be in a diaper, or naked. If it's hot, why not? It's not like you're letting a teenager run around topless lol, it's a baby for crying out loud!

    I ran around without a shirt until one day my dad said go put a shirt on after I got outside. I was old enough to remember it but didn't have boobies yet. I think it is ok everyone around us new my dad would kill them if they touched us.
