Sounds like they didn't work, or you've gotten another one. Every UTI I've ever had was excruciating, and my urine contained blood. I feel your pain!

Sounds like kidney stone. The blood/pain usually comes from actually passing the stone. Its basicly like pissing out glass

When I past my kidney stone it was the processes of them moving from my kidneys to my bladder that hurt it didn't hurt at all when I passed them

You may need IV antibioticd. When mine was that bad I got macrobid, morphine and another antibiotic, the name was a z something, but not zithromyicin. I also had a cath to measure my output.

Levaquin, actually most 'quin' antibiotics are high allergy. I am deathly allergic to them. Safe during nursing, but be careful. Apparently some of the best to knock out UTI, bladder, kidney infections though.

Awe. I have kidney disease as well. I was supposed to have it taken out January 5th but I became pregnant. My right kidney is %100 though. It hasn't shown any signs of damage. I know it sucks, I hope you find the treatment that's right for you. Did they say what possibly caused it? Mine is from a severe kidney infection.
