spotting & cramping

UPDATE...... Ok so I'm pregnant & I jus had a baby 2 months & 3 weeks ago... I had my last period August 6th & I'm not due to start my next period until Sept 3rd... but I took 3 test & they all had a positive line... I then took a digital test & it saíd yes +... so Ya I'm definitely pregnant... I started spotting a couple days ago & cramping like I gonads start my period... CNN I get opinions on my all of u preglys might think I'm spotting & cramping 4... can it b implantation bleeding or can the worse scary thing right be happening...

Sorry so late on the update... they did a internal ultrasound that day cuz they thought possibly I had a tubal pregnancy.... but it was nit a tubal & the Dr's exact words were... U have a live baby inside u... & I would say this is a threatening miscarriage... so far no more spotting.... but today I started getting diarrhea... sorry tmi... that is scaring me cuz I read on line that can be a sign of early miscarriage... has any1 heard of that...

    Implantation bleeding will happen 6-12 days after ovulation. Spotting and cramping likely indicates an impending miscarriage or threatened miscarriage.

    Hopefully you ovulated late and its implantation bleeding and cramping dear, I would try to get into the doc asap though. Good luck! Keep us posted

    I had cramping with my daughter most of the first trimester but not serious cramping..just like menstrual cramps but no spotting. Im pregnant now and I had a day of light spotting at like 6 weeks and i have been having light menstrual cramps since a week before my period should have started. I havent been to the doctor yet with this pregnancy tho so idk whats going on. So you could be having spotting and cramping and everything be fine..or it could be a miscarraige. Unfortuantely theres no way to tell right now without seeing a doctor.

    @captivated, @Proudmother1009, @Mimii36... thanks ladies but I actually wrote this discussion while layin here in a ER room but it's been 4 hours & they still haven't even came back with my pregnancy test results 2 confirm my pregnancy... let alone anything else... I am gettin so annoyed...

    I had cramping with both mine in the first trimester. I always felt like I was going to start but didn't. Didn't have any spotting tho

    Five weeks after birth i also got a postive. I took four test the line got darker each time then i went to the er for some pain i had ovarian cyst and the bleeding started at my six week appt my test was still postive but no baby no pregnancy no sack nothing doctor said my hcg hormone was still there.
    Just relax it may be implantation bleeding

    I was told i had a high chance of miscarriage at 11wks because i was literally in so much pain my job sent me to the ER. I could barely walk. Well my lo is a happy healthy almost 12month old now.

    @Stephen_due_101611 ... awww congrats... my story is a lil different... I have a baby boy that's now only 2mths 3weeks old.. but prior to my pregnancy with him I got pregnant & I Kostunica my baby... heart stopped so they had to take my baby out about 3 1/2months... so I get freaked out real easy now...
